Rooted in the Asona principles of respect, humility, and loyalty, the Supportive Funds programme exists to stand beside members of our family in moments of hardship — widows rebuilding their lives, families facing emergencies, and entrepreneurs taking their first step into trade.
Direct welfare grants for widows within the Asona family, helping with personal needs, living expenses, and the steps toward financial independence. Applications are reviewed with guarantor and witness verification to ensure funds reach those who need them most.
Small business grants issued under formal Grant Authorisation Letters, supporting members starting petty trading ventures. Each grant carries an agreed repayment structure overseen by the Legal Support Department and the Founder's office.
Broader welfare initiatives spanning education support, family emergency assistance, and community development projects across our chapters — currently being expanded to reach more branches worldwide.
Complete the Application Form in full, with supporting documents including your Ghana Card, guarantor details, and two witnesses.
Submit your completed form to your nearest branch office, or via our online portal for review by the Supportive Funds team.
Applications are verified through the named guarantor, family head, and witnesses before a decision is reached.
Approved grants are formalised through a signed Grant Authorisation Letter, endorsed by the Legal Department and the Founder's office.
Funds are released and recorded via a signed Disbursement Agreement, completed at the point of collection with full documentation.
Note: These are official Asona Abusua Global Supportive Funds documents. Print and complete forms in BLOCK CAPITALS using black or blue ink, and submit to your nearest branch office or via our online portal. All applications are treated as confidential.
